I had a fantastic stay at Caos Calmo B&B. The room was spotless, with daily meticulous cleaning that ensured a comfortable and worry-free experience. The highlight of my stay was the spacious hot tub, a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The proximity to Tiburtina Station made transportation easy, and the friendly staff provided a personal touch to the overall experience. Truly a hidden gem in the Eternal City!
All was 💯 perfect

I keep returning to this amazing place in Rome. The staff helped me with directions on my first visit. Wi-Fi, coffee shop, jacuzzi, and a flat-screen TV are perfect for me. I love the express check-in/out and VIP treatment. Can't wait to come back for Easter!

During my stay at Caos Calmo Bed & Breakfast, I found two aspects that were quite beneficial. the database provided the information that this hotel was perfect for transit purposes during my travels. As a frequent traveler, having a convenient location is a huge advantage, and Caos Calmo Bed & Breakfast delivered on that front. the proximity of Ciampino, a major airport, being just 25 km away, made it extremely convenient for me.

Best Location: The hotel is situated in a bustling neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants around. It was convenient to have a local subway station just a short walk away, making it easy to connect to the central station. Getting to the center of the city was a breeze, either by bus or subway, which saved us a lot of time and hassle.
Worst Aspect: The breakfast provided by the hotel was quite basic, with packaged mini cakes and a self-service coffee machine. However, this was not a big issue for us as we found a fantastic bar nearby that offered a delicious breakfast option.

We had a great experience at this cozy apartment in Rome. The room was clean, modern, and felt like a home-away-from-home. The location was fantastic, with a gelato shop, Italian restaurant, local markets, and the main train and bus station just a short walk away. The staff, especially Janina, were super friendly and made us feel welcome despite the language barrier.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was a wider variety of options.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the metro station just a short walk away. It made it so easy for us to explore the city and visit all the famous sights. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served every morning. a wonderful experience!
The wifi was a bit unreliable at times, which was a minor inconvenience.

The staff at this place were absolutely amazing, always making sure you had a cup of coffee in hand and taking care of your every need. The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the metro and a quick trip to the city center. It was a GREAT escape from the busy crowds. The local neighborhood had plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. The host, Caterina, was fantastic - so friendly and helpful. She even greeted me with a refreshing glass of orange juice after my hot walk from the train station. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was definitely value for the money. I would absolutely stay here again if I needed to travel from the nearby station to other parts of the country. The only downside is that it wasn't as convenient for visiting the attractions in the city itself.

Convenient location near restaurants, train/metro, and a supermarket. Clean, modern apartment with a cozy vibe. Friendly, accommodating host despite limited English. Enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and having breakfast at nearby cafe bar. Would recommend for a comfortable stay with easy access to amenities.
